Description: A high performance and high stability, cement­ based, single component, flexible adhesive mortar which contains polymer additives.
 
Application Areas: lndoor and outdoor, horizontal and vertical surfaces, bonding bigger sized floor and wall ceramics, granite, granite ceramic, marble, clinker and all kinds of natural stone coverings, places that
are exposed ta heavy pedestrian traffic, such as work places, shopping centers, schools and hospitals, floor heating systems, bonding ceramics on top of old granite and marble surfaces.
 
Advantages:

Preparation of the Surface: Special attention must be given that the application surface is cured. The application surface must be clear of materials which prevent bonding, such as dust, oil, curing agents, detergents. The application surface must be wet and kept damp. lf the water absorbency of the surface is high, the application must be implemented after the primer.
 
Preparation of the Morlar: 25 kg of Falcon Granite Ceramic Adhesive Mortar must be added ta approximately 6 - 7 liters of clean water and mixed by a mixer with low speed ar with a trowel until there are na lumps. Prepared mortar should be left ta
mature far 5-1O minutes, then be mixed again before use. The mortar must be used within 2.5 - 3 hours.
Application lnformation: A contact layer is generated by pressing the adhesive mortar strongly onto the application surface and this layer later is combed with a notched trowel appropriate ta the dimension of the ceramic. The adhesive mortar must contact at least 80% of the backside of the ceramic. Depending on the plates used and the flatness of the surface, adhesive mortar can be applied both on the backside of the ceramic and on the surface far a double sided bonding. Combing directions must be perpendicular ta each other. Far betler bonding, apply force with a rubber hammer.
 
Consumption: 4 - 6 kg/m2
 
Caution: Avoid application in temperatures below +5°C and over
+35°C. Pay attention ta the amount of water added ta the mortar. Do not add more water than necessary. Avoid application on frozen areas, on areas under risk of freezing in 24 hours ar on areas open ta direct sunlight ar wind.
Never attempt the expired mortar by adding powder and water.The values mentioned above are obtained at 23±2°C and 50±5 relative humidity  conditions.

Shelf Life: Unopened packages can be stored in dry environments far up ta 12 months, stacked maximum 1O packages on a pallet.
 
Health and Safety: As with all chemical products, contact with food, skin, eyes and mouth should be avoided during usage and storing. lf swallowed by accident, consult a doctor. in case of contact with skin, rinse with
plenty of water. Keep aut of reach of children.
